College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) Senior Instructor Rick Sommerfeld has been selected to present three projects at the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture (ACSA) 2014 Fall Conference: WORKING OUT | thinking while building, to take place this October in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Sommerfeld also is CAP’s director of the Design Build Certificate Program.

The three projects he’ll present are Waterton Environmental Education Pavilion, Skow House, and Hozho House.

The conference co-chairs reviewed all submitted posters and this year’s acceptance rate is 68 percent. Posters will be exhibited at Dalhousie University and all accepted authors will present their projects at the conference. All presented projects will be published in a conference Proceedings.
